About Vic

A Norwalk resident for over 30 years, Vic and his wife raised two children here—both graduates of Norwalk public schools, now studying Engineering and Nursing. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Vic brings professional expertise in problem solving, and leadership. He also served as president of Rolling Ridge, the second-largest condo association in Norwalk, where he led local infrastructure and governance efforts.

Vic is running to bring practical, common-sense leadership back to Norwalk. He’s focused on issues that directly impact our neighborhoods—cleaner streets, safer communities, and smarter growth.
